What are your delivery options?
We have partnered with UPS to provide Flat Rate shipping on our standard orders. Orders over $80 before tax and shipping are eligible for free shipping.
In-Person Pickup is also available for all orders. Our warehouse is located at 504 Hwy 93, N. Scott, LA 70583. Contact us for hours of availability.
Do you provide international shipping?
For now, we are only able to ship domestically. Follow our social media channels for updates on shipping availability.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive email correspondence containing a USPS tracking number.
What if my package never arrives?
Send us an email and we will investigate any packages that face delivery issues. If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
Do I have to pay shipping for a return?
Depending on the reason for the return, customers are usually responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning items.
What is your returns policy?
Before returning an item, the customer should first create an account/login on our site. This is the only way we are able to provide a store credit.

Labels for return shipments can be picked up at your nearest UPS Store. Once we receive and verify your return, you will receive a notification that a store credit has been placed on your site account.
How do exchanges differ from returns?
Exchanges can only be made for size changes. Exchanges must meet all of the criteria of our return policy.
